Meet the Customer Care Team

Meet our fabulous Sips and FRII Customer Care staff members! We're here to help you out from 7 to 10 weekdays and 9 to 6 on weekends. Give us a call at (970) 871-0913.

	Jennifer Bissell - Director of Customer Care Hi there to anyone reading this! I am a Colorado native and have been a part of the FRII family since 1998, starting out in technical support and eventually landing the role of Director of Customer Care. It is a fun and challenging career and I can honestly say that the Customer Care team is why I’ve been here so long. I love playing with my daughter and husband, planning and re-planning and planting my garden, cooking nice dinners for friends and family, and watching movies. I am very excited to be joining the SpringSippers, expanding my Colorado roots a little more.
	Caitha Dolezal - Customer Care Manager I started with FRII in August of 2005 as a Billing Specialist, and now I play the role of Customer Care Manager. I am originally from Illinois and moved to Colorado to attend CSU. I fell in love with Colorado during college and have made it my home. I am married and we had a wonderful baby boy in March of 2007. I stay very busy with my son and we love to be outside. Playing at the park, hiking, and boating are some of our favorite summer activities.
	Amy Hello I'm Amy (SpringSippers should all know me by now). I've been a part of SpringSips ever since I transplanted here in June 2003 from upstate New York. When I'm not sitting behind the monitor or out in the field fixing computers, I enjoy telemark skiing, mountain biking, hiking with my dog, and white water rafting. I'm so grateful that I get to live up in the mountains of Routt County. Steamboat Springs is the most beautiful place in my opinion.
	Angela Hi! My name is Angela. I am considered the little FRII cheerleader because I absolutely love being a part of the FRII family, which I have been a part of since August 2007! Outside of FRII, I have four young children, so I always stay busy with them.
	Christina My name is Christina and I have been a FRII family member since August 2007. I have four children of which three are teenage boys and a four year old daughter. I have lived in Colorado off and on over the last 20 years and love it here.
	Jeremey Hi there, my name is Jeremey (with 3 e's) and I've been living in Colorado since I was a year old. I got married to my beautiful wife in August 2007 and have been enjoying married life very much. I'm interested in the mountains and everything they have to offer. I also like just about every aspect of computers, from programming to hardware to tearing them down and putting them together again. I enjoy playing with maps and GPSs and GIS stuff too. I've been with FRII doing Customer Care since December 2007 and am grateful for everything they've taught me, and I am always glad to pass that knowledge on! I look forward to working with SpringSips and eager to see what else we can all learn!
	Jill Hello Steamboat! I moved to Colorado in 2004 with my partner and two children, and we love it here! I've worked at FRII for almost as long as I have been living here, starting out part-time in Customer Support while completing my Bachelors Degree in Zoology. I am now a full-time Customer Care Technician here at FRII. On my free time, my family and I enjoy all sorts of hobbies and really just love playing outside in Colorado!
	Lynn I have been with FRII since March 2007. I started in Tech Support and now I am in Customer Care. I really enjoy working for FRII, because we are like one big family here. I grew up in Florida, and moved to Colorado about 12 years ago. I love the mountains, but miss the beach! When I am not working, I am at home with my son who was born November 2006.
	Chris Don’t worry, SpringSippers, Chris is still a part of SpringSips but has been promoted to Engineering. He says hello to you all!
